Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise stated. ak888 reserves the right to exclude specific players from individual promotions at its discretion, including where abuse or manipulation of bonus offers is suspected. Wagers placed on games with a contribution rate below 100% will contribute to wagering requirements at the stated reduced rate. ak888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes wagers placed after the closing of a market, wagers placed due to an obvious error in odds or game parameters, and wagers that exceed applicable stake limits.
All sports betting on ak888 — including cricket (PSL, international Test and T20 matches), UFC, kabaddi, and other markets — is subject to the ak888 Sports Betting Rules. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. In-play bets are accepted at the real-time odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. ak888 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined.
All casino games and live dealer products available on ak888 are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the game server records, which are deemed authoritative. ak888 accepts no liability for connectivity issues arising from the Player's device or internet connection.
In the event of a software malfunction, server error, or any technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ak888 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account. No claim shall arise against ak888 for any amount beyond the original stake placed in an affected round.

Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your last active payment method, subject to KYC completion.
